After application to the role, I received an email for a chat by a recruiter. We discussed the position and skills requested by the employer on the first call. On a second call, I discussed my resume in more detail and was asked clarifying questions with an additional recruiter who had seamless knowledge of my discussion with the first. It is clear the members of the organization work as a team to find the best candidates for the job and vice versa. After understanding my needs, my resume was submitted to the hiring company and I was kept up to date on the review status. Before the company to which the resume was submitted was able to reach out, I received a job offer from another company outside of Systemtec and accepted. Though I did not gain employment using their services, I fully endorse Systemtec as an excellent company, dedicated to service and focused on finding the best fit for your career and goals.
