I applied, then the HR called me for the interview. Afterwards, I got hired. Then I did orientations for almost two weeks. After that I got hired for the job.

Entretien
The process can be different from one person to the next and from one satellite office to another. My interview was quick and consisted of some basic interview questions. I also know people who have interviews in a group setting vs. Individual as well.
