It had totally 3 rounds for On-Campus Drive at our College, Chennai, India.The main reason i declined the offer was even after you clear all the three rounds don't think that you will surely get a job! You will know after 1.6 years whether you will get the job or not after clearing 6 months + 1 year of your training till then you will have elimination round every week. After that only you will get a offer letter and a salary of 3.25 lakhs per annum for 3 years as the company has bond for 3 years. So basically (1.6 years without salary + 3 years with salary = approx 5 years with same organization with notice period ) Round 1 was online screening round were in it was based on Aptitude (Logical and Quants), Communication (Complete sentence, grammar, etc ) and basic of Programming (theory based, basic syntax, etc) Believe me it's very easy to crack if you have basic knowledge on all the above said.
