There was a cheesy phone interview done by an intern and then they invite you to Career Night with 25 people. Next you are led away by a manager for a 30 minute interview consisting of a serious of questions. They never really talk to you.

First part was over the phone, which is a get to know you and basics about the role. If selected to move on, you are invited to an in-person interview with 3 DSM.
