The interview process is actually quite simple. You are call shortly after your application is sent in and you can choose up to 3 weeks out, when your interview will actually be. This gives drivers over the road time to make it home, get settled and come in clear minded interview ready.

Entretien
It was Not clarifying communication because they had no experience with deaf drivers before. They need to check with ADA Law. Heard interpreter voice which is not my real voice like woman voice sound like she doesn’t have experience.
I felt like I was automatically disqualified the moment I was greeted by the hiring manager. Not sure what they were looking for but hopefully they find it in someone soon. Good luck.
