Met with 2 Managers one hour each. All questions were STAR based, most were repetitive, but asked differently. I felt overdressed for the interview, I was in a suit and they were wearing jeans.

Star review. Situation Task Action Results based questions. Go through talent acquisition partners to hiring managers. At the end you'll be offered or not contacted at all. Process was tough to gauge as no one speaks to you in between steps.
