Very long! 3+ plus month process, starting in July 2018. Submitted application online. Started with an email from their recruiter to schedule a phone interview with her via phone. Majority of this was about my experience and some position details. Was advised on that call that they would move forward to an interview with the hiring manager.
A week later I had an interview on the phone with the hiring manager. This call seemed a little more disorganized. Was advised he didn't have any set questions, talked more about the role and what he was looking for. Seemed more to be gauging my interest rather than interviewing me. Advised on this call that they would like to have me come in for an in person interview.
A week went by and I had not heard anything about scheduling the in person so I followed up with the recruiting team I'd been in contact with. Took about 2 days after my follow up to have the interview scheduled for the following week. In person, was with 4 members of the team, each interview was separate between 30 minutes for 3 of them and an hour for the manager.
Followed up 2 week post with their HR and was advised they were still interviewing but I was in consideration. Followed up another 2 weeks later to no response. Application on their site still says "In Process" however the position has been re-listed.
