I was contacted by the Vice President of the company after submitting my application through Indeed. Conversations were over email for a few weeks, with no phone screen. After several email exchanges, senior management invited me out to coffee so we could chat in person. The interview was unstructured and felt more like a conversation rather than an interview. After that, I visited the office and met with the President and all other members of the company.
