Recruiter screening, manager interview, mock call, then talk with director. Fairly straightforward and like any other process, really looking for lots of experience in the role. They are very selective

I was contacted by a Synthesia recruiter and agreed to a 30 min chat with her. It went very well. She was enthusiastic about my experience and thought I was a great fit. She said the hiring manager would be reaching out the next day. I heard nothing for weeks. I emailed the recruiter and she apologized profusely and said she would reach out to the hiring manager and I'd hear something in the next few days. That was 2 months ago. I accepted another offer as I was actively interviewing at the time. I never even got a standard rejection email. It seems extremely disorganized, which does not bode well for job itself.
