Entretien
I first had a phone innterview for 30 minnutes, before I was invited to do a finnal on site interview for about 3 hours. Did about 3 interviews with different employees, including somme whiteboarding.
I waited 2 weeks for an update, and then I had to email them to ask for an update, to find out they had moved onn inn the process. Oh well.
Interview with hiring manager and engineer over zoom. Had a quick turnaround. Courteous and helpful interviewers, asked questions about resume. Object oriented programming based questions were asked. Details of favored programming language were asked.
It took about a month. There were two technical and one HR rounds.
First was a zoom interview with my manager and a team member, they asked about my background and some basic coding problems with my preferred language.
The second interview was in the company. They gave me an average coding problem (more related to my actual job) and after that another problem as well (this one was a CS algorithm based problem).
And finally an HR interview discussing the position and all my questions related to the role.
Was a fair experience overall.

Entretien
There are 2 separate interviews that you will have to attend, both at their Cluj-Napoca center. One is focusing on getting to know you as a person, and the other one is about algorithms and design. The interviewers are very friendly, with a relaxed and calm atmosphere
