Applied online through the company website, received an email for a 45 minute phone interview with the hiring manager after 3 weeks. The initial phone screening was rather non-technical and focused on my resume. He explained what the company does and who they are looking for. At the end of the interview has asked me to do technical phone interviews with senior team members. I did three 45 minute phone interviews back to back a couple of days later. I was asked questions about the C/C++ compiler and how it works, the C/C++ programming language specification, and my past methodology and design experience.
Il processo di selezione si è svolto in due fasi. Il primo colloquio è stato con l'HR manager e verteva principalmente su domande generali riguardo alle esperienze lavorative passate e allo stack tecnologico utilizzato. Il secondo colloquio era di natura tecnica con il manager del team. Durante i colloqui sono state discusse la composizione dell'attuale team di lavoro e le versioni di Angular utilizzate in azienda.
