Painfully slow (40 days in total, 4 interviews and 1 test) , with many steps and a very sketchy technical assessment. The test they asked for is basically to solve all their 2026 UX roadmap. In the test follow up interview I was very uncomfortable, because they started almost a free consulting meeting, asking what they should do for this and that, at the point I thought saying "common, guys, I can't solve this kind of problem for free" . It's an hybrid position, with a low salary. This job market is a nightmare.
