the on-site interview was the most negative and confusing one I have ever had. During the phone screen, I was not asked any hardware questions (recruiter seemed happy with my resume) and the second round one-site interview a customer success manger (NOT TECH PERSON) gave to me was confusing because he rejected me in the face and told me that I don't have the potential for I don't have enough hardware knowledge.
