Emailed HR. Got an invitation for an interview the next day. Went onsite and the interview was really quick. It only took around 30 minutes and the offer was given. Overall, the interview was fairly positive.

The usual. How did you deal with this situation etc. The questions were basic personality type questions that quizzed the applicant on his preferences regarding various situations that may arise in the scope of the business.
The interview process at Syngenta usually starts with an online application or recruiter screening call. Candidates may complete aptitude or technical tests depending on the role. This is followed by one or two technical interviews and a final HR interview focusing on experience, skills, and cultural fit before receiving an offer.
