Entretien
I was promised 3 stages, but they asked to participate in 4 instead. I got excellent feedback after each stage and was promised final decision by the end of the week. Then recruiter started ghosting me. A few days later when she returned my call I was informed about negative decision without providing ANY reason. Neither in technical skillset or soft skills. Just simple 'no'. Such a waste of time. I'm sure happy I didn't make it if they run their projects the same way as they manage the recruitment process.
