4 interviews. Recruiter, Hiring manager, then the Regional Director and final is with National sales director. STAR format questions, and maybe a role play. Get to know the drug you will sell, check competitors as well, it helps.

Why syneos? Did you do research on the Drug? And what ate your thoughts?
The interview process is as fine as can be given that it was zoom. I was offered the role and declined because the windshield time for a very entry level position wasn't worth the entry level salary

3 Interviews. 2 with managers for contract company and 1 with Syneos manager. Interviews were all very exciting and informative. Nothing too crazy like “sell me this pen”. Know information about what you’re applying to sell and show them you have an interest in selling.

Entretien
The interview process was structured and went well overall. It consisted of four stages: a recruiter call, a self-recorded video interview, a panel interview, and a final interview. Afterward, they mentioned conducting a background check, drug panel, and MVR check. The entire experience felt standard, and I found it to be a positive one.
