Il colloquio si articola con una prima chiamata dell’HR e poi con un colloquio tecnico con la manager. Durante il primo colloquio telefonico con l’HR viene presentata la posizione, l’azienda e tutti i benefit. Mentre durante il colloquio tecnico con la manager vengono sottoposte domande tecniche per valutare l’esperienza e la capacità di problem solving. Se l’esito è positivo si viene ricontattati poi dall’HR con un’offerta.

Erst all vom Talent Scout. In der nächst Woche dann Videocall. Es war sehr nett und die Fragen/Ablauf sehr typisch.. Kurze Vorstellung. Fragen zum Kennenlernen der Person. Star Methode. Dann Vorstellung beim Kunden.

Entretien
Initial phone interview with the talent acquisition team who were lovely but a bit disorganized. I had to follow-up couple of times. The WebEx interview with the team after, I found myself a bit ill prepared for the interview. I was asked a lot of medical questions which I was not expecting. I thought there will be more questions on actual operations of the clinical trials. It ended in a very strange note when I asked about the work culture I was told it was a "weird question to ask." 🤷♀️
