Applied online to CTI program and got referred internally to enroll into CTI program which is CRC to CRA transition program. The first interview was with HR manager and within 2 weeks had an interview with 2 COM's and got slected call within 24 hrs.

Do you drive? Are you comfortable working in an independent environment with minimal supervision? Do you have challenges traveling nation wide as this role requires 60% travelling?
Interview process with the talent acquisition was very smooth. Interview with the hiring manager was not so smoothly conducted. Interviewer clearly had made up her mind even before the interview and did not even properly listened to the answers provided.

Beim 2. Interview hat der Interviewer mich ständig unterbrochen, ließ mich nicht beim Interview ausreden, und sprach in einem sehr herablassenden Ton mit mir. Ich habe meine Bewerbung sofort zurückgezogen. Ich fand es respektlos.
