the interview was smooth and the talent acquisition specialist was nice. However, I was told to have second interview but the second interview was not conducted and I felt cheated.

Very professional from Syneos side - well prepared by cv analyzing, with good pace and. Flexible and accesible regarding the time slots. Kind and stright questions. I was explained the company context, the golas and expectations towards a future emplee as well as the process flow. My presentation was received with care and appropriate curiosity. First contact - Maria Baldoni was very helpful, clear and very kind and profesional.
