HR associate will ask basic screening questions by phone during 30 min. Then second interview will be with 1 director, 2 AD and 1 manager. The interview is based on what you know about your work.

Two stages, the first being a 20-minute phone call with the talent acquisition recruiter to check CV, language, salary expectations and availability to start. The interview with the managers was scheduled for the following week and it was very pleasant, both were very polite and made me feel at ease. They explained their backrounds and job description and asked STAR questions. The next day the recruiter informed me that I had been selected to join the team.
