Really quick! I applied online (Thursday) and heard back from a recruiter on Monday. Four days later (Friday), we spoke on the phone briefly and later that day I was already told I had progressed to the interview stage. The interview was held on the following Tuesday. The interview consisted of a 1-hr long video call (due to lockdown measures) with two members of the account team, who were lovely and made me feel very relaxed throughout the whole process. I was offered a role 2 days later (Thursday)! It was only a 2-week process from the moment I sent in my online application to the moment I was offered a role. I applied for Account Executive but during my interview I expressed my interest for medical writing as well. I ended up getting offered a Medical Writer role.
