The recruiter reached out to me and we had a good intial conversation. My first phone interview, the person never showed up. I emailed the recruiter and they didn't respond to my email promptly. When she did, she told me that the interviewer didn't know they had an interview and rescheduled. Finally did that interview the next day and it went well.
The next phone interview didn't work. It took about 20 minutes to finally have the person call me after reaching our the recruiter yet again. This interview went okay but when I asked what their management style is like, I could tell she was a micromanager and that made me uneasy.
The next step was a writing assignment. I completed it and sent it back to the recruiter on a Wednesday night.
Finally the next Tuesday I reached out to see what the next step would be. We set up a time for Wednesday to talk. The recruiter didn't call me. I tried emailing. Finally 20 minutes later they responded and needed to call me an hour later.
An hour later, she was still a few minutes late. They did not offer, which I was okay with after the negative experiences. I want to work for a company that respects my time as much as theirs.
