I applied via linked in and was contacted by hr within a few weeks. After meeting with hr they set me up with an interview with the hiring manager and 2 colleagues I would be working with via teams. I informed them I had a pending job offer. They got back to me a week later and offered me the job. Each of the interviews was 30 mins long. The interviewing process wasn’t as tough as other pharma companies

Through recruiter who approached me with detailed job descriptions. Preliminary discussion resulted in forwarding mybreaume to the hiring manager. A meeting was schedule in one week. Process was very professional and respectful.

HR round and Technical round conducted within a week. Almost a month was taken to set up first interview round after resume submission. No incentive, bonus offered. Recruitment team quite poor in sharing feedback.
