There were one telephonic and one f2f technical round at synechron office followed by HR. Then they said there would be one more technical round as client interview which happened after 15 days . After that they said response seems to be positive and should wait for official one and then said they are not getting response from their business team i.e. client . I should keep waiting they will revert asap which never happened even after lot of follow ups same response.
The interview felt unfairly biased. The interviewer posed 'illogical' questions, like comparing index types with data constraints/rule, and consistently met every answer with a repetitive 'Why?' follow-up. It appeared that the interviewer was more interested in challenging the candidate's confidence than assessing their technical proficiency.

they have conducted two rounds of interview. 1st round and 2nd round technical. third round client interview. I am not cleared client interview. clients are asking more architecture related question, but JD is different

Very worst total they taken 4 interviews useless company after 4 interviews they said you are selected now they are saying client put position on hold , really they are playing with employees,useless company no proper planning for position every time they will go for money no proper response they even don't care what others going on
