I got a phone call from the HR manager a few days after applying. The phone screening was short and it was very relaxed. She asked your usual questions, nothing too complex. My interview was scheduled for the following Monday. I was interviewed by the HR manager and Pharmacy Tech Floor Lead and they were both very nice and personable. I'm not the best interviewee but I thought it went ok. They asked mostly situational questions and typed them into a computer. I was then told I would have a another interview with another Pharmacy Tech and the Director of the Pharmacy the following Tuesday. They were also very nice and the Director asked me similar questions about my experience, gap in employment, etc. The interview ended and I wasn't told when I should hear back but I probably should've asked. I emailed HR and she said a decision would be made soon. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything at all so I'm assuming I didn't get it. It would be nice to get some type of response even though I didn't get the job but I guess some companies don't do that anymore.
