I was called by a search firm agency. The agency arranged an interview after I submitted CV. Interview took 1 1/2 hour with a hiring manager. Another hour with a region manager. Questions are related with my overall career and understanding levels of technology depth, customer oriented attitude, and situation challenges. Waiting for another round of interview in next week.
