I applied, I received an email inviting me to interview for the job. The interview was short and easy. A few days later I got a phone call offering the job, we discussed terms and I received an offer letter a couple of days later.

It was not a smooth process as the HR and panel were late for the interview. I felt the interview process was a way to exploit applicants ideas and get no credit what so ever for them. I scale through the second stage but the HR didn't show which I thought was not a good look. I had emailed the HR who has not responded. Be careful as they might be out to exploit your ideas
