1. Meeting with Talent team

4 . Final meeting with VP of Operations.
I originally applied for a different role and was unsuccessful after going through all the steps. However I was informed that a similar role was coming up and if I was interested in this. I was and after interviewing with the relevant hiring manager I was offered the role shortly afterwards.
While the overall process was quite lengthy and involved several steps, it was the most positive interview experience I have ever had. Everyone was friendly and genuine, no one was asking questions to catch you out or put you in uncomfortable positions. Everyone also genuinely felt like they cared about the company and their colleagues and that they enjoyed their jobs.
