Brief one-on-one interview with most questions focused on my ability to do a monotonous job. Interview was immediately followed by hands-on skills test involving messy materials (I was dressed in interview clothes so this was a bit awkward). Received an offer a few days later but declined due to low pay and lack of flexibility.
