One 30 minutes call with the COO. 4 hours of interviews on site with COO, CEO and two other Brand Strategy Managers. I lack the technology background that is relevant for this role. Overall, the people I met were intelligent and professional. The atmosphere in the office is that of a typical startup - open, relaxed, friendly.

Question 1
Walked through my resume, then I was presented with a slide presentation and asked to go through it and discuss what stood out to me. Challenging, lots of "think on your feet" type questions.

Similar to two other reviewers I interviewed for what sounds to be the same position. I was also contacted via Angelist, had a screening call and then was brought on site. Phone call with COO was fine, but in person he was very rude and unprofessional. For a client-facing and people-management position, this is rather surprising. I would encourage management to look into this as his attitude could scare away potential clients/ candidates. He had me walk him through one of the presentations that they do (role play). Other employees met were great. Regardless, I think a strong company needs to have a supportive and respectful atmosphere- keep away or waste your time interviewing for a company which has management issues.
