Initial phone screen, spokenwith recruiter via phone and had a discusion about their company culture and the needs of the position. Asked the recruiter a few questions about their organization and was worried by the answers.

Entretien
The interview process was smooth. There was a phone interview with the manager, on-site with other engineers and the manager as well as the CEO of the company, and final talk with the recruiter. Engineers were all genuine and respectful. They were kind and clarified what the problem was if the engineer was going to the wrong direction.
I declined the offer from here because I was given a higher offer from other place and had family situation to go for more cash than equity. If I were not in the situation, I would have joined this team.
