A knowledge based interview process...Initially a recruiter called me and briefed me about the company and the job opportunity...the second discussion was held with the HR Head who was so informative about the role and my career progression in the company...This was followed by a technical round with my current Team Manager who quickly judged my passion towards working and selected me...Really glad to be a part of this growing organization

It is an easy process they will ask for simple question as they believe in training their own people. Then they take one video round with the business head and check the comm skills of the person.
