We had to walk around dowtown where he would explain me the business and show how they stop people and make a sale. I was nervous, but it was a great experience and I got the offer.
There was an initial phone screening followed by an in-person interview where you shadow people soliciting in the streets of Miami. Typically they will make the decision at the time of the in-person interview.

Very friendly, although it was the 2nd interview I’ve ever been in, the Assitant Manager made me feel very comfortable. Even the office environment provided that vibe where fun&work can be in the same place.
