Seems like they’re trying to make friends versus find qualified people for the position. Felt my experience got dismissed to try and see if me and the person I interviewed with would generally just get along. Pretty much knew what they already decided by the end of the interview considering they called me by the wrong name. At the very least they are considerate of your time and won’t make you wait around for an answer.
