Very laid back, general customer service questions, competency based questions about facing difficult customers, making decisions, good customer service. quite the same as retail customer service etc. Also questions about what you know about the company so do your research!
Not bad
Easy questions.
2 rounds of interview. Basic questions related to customer service and previous experience or relevant qualifications. As well as questions around shift patterns and if able to do those hours.

3 interviewers would take turns interviewing, they would take 2 candidates into the room and take turns interviewing them. It was fun, not stressful and the women were all very kind.

Got a phone call from the recruiter. It was just about 5 minutes to ask some questions. The recruiter was very kind and nice, and the questions were not that serious.
