It started through video conferences with people in Switzerland. The goals were very well explained and I had the opportunity to discuss how my experience would benefit the company. Then I had personal interviews in Sao Paulo which were professionally organized. At the end it was between me and another candidate equally fit for the job and who already lived in Sao Paulo. They were very gentle to me and gave me a good feedback.
