Several people take part on the hiring process. Welcoming and relaxing atmosphere since the begining of the process. I was contacted by the HR and scheduled an interview. First part of the interview with HR, was more about the company, the position and my professional experiences.
The second part, was with expert managers and potential future colleagues, with more details about the job, questions to see if you are a good fit for the company and for the position.
Final round was a meeting with the managers, with some questions about your knowledge, skills and behavior.
During the whole process all people involved were very nice and kind.

They gave Case study for the project they were hiring, asked to prepare business case of 3 day effort, in second round same team again asked to write elaborated user story. Finally they rejected saying no domain experience(resume has the details). Literally getting free service for their project. that too over the tool not by informing by person

A human resources called me and asked my basic HR questions. As soon as I told her I don't have a working permit, she told me they do not sponsor, so we stopped the interview.

First of all, everybody was perfectly nice. The whole process was very short and effective. Nothing unexpected. Questions about previous job experiences, diploma thesis, hobbies. It was really good chat in a few rounds.
