1st interview was with recruiter. 2nd was quick phone interview and invited in-person interview. 3rd was with Senior managers and HR. There was very nice and friendly atmosphere. They explained what they do everyday and company benefits, purpose of company etc. Last round was IQ test and Number Reasoning test. However tests weren't too difficult, but needed speed and accuracy. IQ test was 25-30 questions in 25 minutes (I did it completely), Number Reasoning test was 18 questions in 25 minutes (I couldn't catch time and I left 2 questions without answers). Before assessments I did practice tests and I get my calculator with me (they prepared me calculator also)
