The interview process was quite speedy. I submitted my application and got an email requesting an interview the next day. I had a phone interview with the recruiter, a one on one with the CEO, then a panel interview with their business team. The questions are straight forward. There are no philosophical questions trying to gauge what type of worker you are. None of that, "How would you fit a giraffe into a blender?" nonsense.
