Racist and prejudice to the point where i knew what it was. no disrespect to asian american who interviewed me just culturally not a fit. would aply again when she leaves
A phone interview was the first step that included just more getting to know you questions along with typical opening questions. The next step was an interview in person and shadowing of one of the current customer account representatives. The in person interview was a bit intimidating at first because there were five people interviewing me, but they were all very nice!
