Orientation was very simple, sat in class for a few days, bored to death, filled out tons of paperwork, and finally last day took a road test which was unbelievably easy... 3 people including myself drove around the block.. 4 right turns and done! When I got to arcadia I spoke with the terminal manager and my trainer about my resposibilities and went on my first run. Trainer was very helpful and friendly. I still shake his hand when I see him... Overall very easy process

Recruter calls and makes promises they don't keep just to get you hired. They told me training would last four weeks and it ran over to being 6 weeks with no home time. The trainer i was with went home and I stayed in a hotel till it was time to go on the road again. Also someone in oritation asked about vacation time and was told they'd just have to clean out the truck and go.

Everything is done online in the pulse app and over the phone with recruiter.
All paperwork is signed online with no face to face contact until you receive a date for orientation. At orientation they will go over PowerPoints with you and get drug testing done. Afterwards they will ask when you’re available to start. Only waited a week after orientation to get out with a mentor for OTR training.
