Submitted an application, got a call back within 24 hours. Took several attempts over several days to reach the person who left me the voicemail. After a few weeks of silence, I was called to take our written exam. The written exam was easy, pretty basic IT knowledge. Got called back for an in person interview. The interview was with 2 people, both asking a wide range of questions. There was a good mix of basic interview and personality questions, as well as technical questions. I received an offer letter a few days later.
