very crude and non professional. most people are not interviewd at all and are selected based on resumes , referrals or client demand. most importance is given to passport and race and literally no importance for IQ, personality, skills or intellect. Most of the nincompoops make it there mission to go to canada or australia, get a passport and get hired by this and other similar companies at hig packages and enjoy their lives in KSA.
