Its just getting to know you. Not the hardest interview, however, you do have to go through three interview. Just have at least 1 or 2 questions prepared. By the third interview, I honestly didn't have anymore questions to ask.

First interview was in person with store manager and second was via zoom with brand manager. Communicated with HR via phonecall and then got a generic rejection email with no feedback as to why I was not the right fit. Deeply disappointed as I saw they did not fill the role and are still advertising it.

the manager was quite friendly. just a few normal questions related to the position and something like what do you know about swatch. i really appreciated the time i worked there.
