Long process about an hour or two , lots of questions about the brand , previous work history, different customer scenarios you have had in the past negative or positive how did you diffuse or improve the scenario and then also various "fake " customer scenarios during interview.

When I applied, it was for a seasonal position, the interview was very brief, almost non-formal you can say, and I started working about 2 days later. Overall i can say it was a very easy interview.
