Apply online which you need to complete test about your personality，if you got higher mark you will have chance to have face to face interview. then I got interview on person, after ask few questions, the store manager decide to hire me ,all questions are simple.

We met at the shop and went to the sitting area, where we conducted the interview in a friendly and open way. They do have to write your responses on a clip board so that is a bit intimidating.
Super easy, just sat in the food court and talked about some experiences and scenarios that I would encounter on the job. Heard back within a few days. Very laid back and nice.
