Overall very professional interviewing process. I first received an email from a recruiter working for Swarovski, asking me for a preferable phone number, date and time for a phone interview. Everything was done on time, the phone call lasted for about 40-45 minutes. The only thing that was delayed was the answer, which I got about two weeks later, but only after I had sent a follow up email, inquiring about feedback for the interview.
