They came to my school Career/Internship fair, asked a few people to come by the next day for supplementary interviews

Describe a time when something in a project went sour, what did you do to fix it.
Spoke to them at college career fair, reached out for a phone screen within a month. HR person was very friendly and clearly explained the role and rest of interview process. Interview itself was very laid back. Not your typical STAR question format that makes you a nervous breakdown but rather a more natural conversation.
Very casual and friendly. Standard interview. Just be friendly, professional, and answer with honesty and intelligence and you'll be fine. There were no surprise/trick questions. The only downside is that the interview process is long and you'll probably do a phone screen, 1 or 2 interviews after that, and once you get your offer, you won't have long to make a decision. iirc, I had 3 days to make a decision.
