It was a panel style interview with 3 hiring managers. It was a very pleasant experience and the managers were very kind. The interview felt more conversational than interrogative. Overall it was a great experience.

The panel interview process is extremely intimidating. There are approximately 8 staff including, manager, assistant manager, and other nurses from the department. The manager asks most of the questions, while the other staff judge your answers.
Quick and simple. The manager called and I interviewed on zoom with them and a charge nurse. Called by HR within the hour to offer job. Good, easy experience. Expected questions.
