Over phone. All the session were telephonic interviews. After submitting the CV I got my first round of interview in 1 hour and it went for 15 mins and a pure technical round. The second round was a telephonic interview again by some senior manager which lasts nearly 1 hour. And the final round was with managing director which was after 1 week.
